Use smart tools and tech. Things like apps, systems, and shortcuts to save time and stress.

A - Administration, Operations, and Customer Service 🗓️: 

Keep your day-to-day stuff sorted - bookings, messages, e-paperwork, and happy customers.

R - Revenue: Finances and Bookkeeping 💰: 

Understand your money. Know what's coming in, what's going out and what's left over.

T - Trading: Marketing and Sales 📣: 

Get more clients. Use marketing and sales to keep the bookings coming in and the work flowing.

F - Force: Teams and Human Resources 👥:
